We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, and a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
The main responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality supervisory and administrative service to the team. This includes diary management, meeting preparation, formal action note taking, and typing/word processing of letters, reports, and other correspondence.
Essential educational, skills, knowledge, and experience requirements are detailed in the Job Description and Person Specification. This is a busy role requiring the ability to work independently to meet challenging demands, with proven experience in a similar role.
