Job description

Admin Support Officer needed in Stoke on Trent, £12.65ph PAYE - Reference: 5272165

• Provide a comprehensive administration service, including word processing, data inputting and general clerical duties as required.

• Establish strong and co-operative links with colleagues, customer and client’s representatives

• Daily administration and accuracy of paperwork onto appropriate bespoke computer systems which incorporates all service streams, ensuring adequate access at all times.

• Chasing of delayed paperwork to minimise impact on the operation.

• Ensure purchase orders and all associated administration is kept in order.

• Provide general administrative support in a flexible manner to the business, ensuring that an effective, efficient and customer focused service is delivered using a variety of IT packages.

• Provide support in relation to any of the functions undertaken including receiving and processing enquiries from internal and external customers in a flexible manner to enable specific and overall objectives to be achieved within required timescales.

• Maintain, develop and control accurate records, systems and databases to enable effective production of management reports and statistical information.

• Maintain and develop filing systems, both electronic and manual to enable files to be accurately located.

• Provide support and cover for other members of the team as appropriate.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
