A regional healthcare provider is seeking an Admin Support Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative services and requires SVQ Level III in Business/Office Administration. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in minute taking and diary management. The position is for 29.6 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Support Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
Duties will include the provision of a high quality, comprehensive administrative service ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Department, whilst working under pressure with competing demands. You will provide a full administration function to assist the Estate Officer (Support Services) with the management of Service Contracts and the Training function for all mandatory and statutory training requirements. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.

Candidates should be educated to SVQ Level III Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience in business administration essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. They should also have experience in minute taking and diary management.

29.60 hours per week - Monday – Friday 9am – 3.30pm
A UK car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
