Overview

We are looking for 2 Admin Support Assistants who can support our colleagues within Environment & Infrastructure Services. The role will undertake a range of financial and administrative activities.

Fixed term for a period not exceeding 30/09/2026.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and staffing related activities.
  • Purchase ordering and invoicing through digital business systems.
  • Prioritise own workload and work under pressure to meet service and corporate deadlines, either as part of a busy team or on own initiative.
  • Demonstrate an eye for accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Maintain excellent communication and verbal skills in day-to-day work.
