A public health service provider in Scotland seeks a motivated individual for secretarial and admin services within health and social care. The role requires previous experience in secretarial/admin work and an HND or SVQIII in related fields. The candidate will assist in service improvement and quality standards, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. Travel within the service area is necessary. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the development and delivery of secretarial and administration services within Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the professional / management support team to ensure delivery and development of high quality patient services.
The post holder will assist in identifying and evaluating areas for service improvement in line with direction, policy and strategy and will assist in monitoring the current admin service provision, assess service demands and contribute to quality standards.
The post holder will be required to have an in-depth knowledge on systems and their application.
You will have significant previous secretarial/admin experience, with an HND or SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Admin or equivalent. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. Previous line management experience is desirable.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
