We are seeking a sales admin assistant to be part of our small office team in taking and processing telephone and email orders. This will include making and taking telephone calls, responding to customer queries, generating and processing orders and invoices, taking payments, managing customer records, updating stock levels, and providing after-sales support.
Responsibilities will also include performing various clerical duties such as digital filing, scheduling, and preparing reports and correspondence.
