Position: Receiving/Unpacking Investigator

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (OX29)

Pay Rate: £15.29 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 7:00am - 7:00pm

We're hiring on behalf of a globally respected medical device and health care company. Join a dedicated team in a behind-the-scenes role that plays a key part in ensuring returned medical products are processed with care and precision.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing Returns: Receive and accurately log returned products using internal systems.
  • Maintaining Records: Use computer tools to track and document items efficiently.
  • Identifying Trends: Monitor for patterns in product returns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Supporting Improvements: Contribute to ongoing process enhancements within the team.
  • Collaborating Globally: Work closely with international colleagues in a professional, non-customer-facing environment.
  • Staying Informed: Remain up to date on product knowledge to support compliance and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • IT literacy and confidence using computer systems (the interview will include a computer test)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
