Overview

This is a fundamental role in the company's business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature; the role will allow applicants to develop Planning for the two main departments which include Production & Transportation (Logistics). This role will be an evolving role that will give applicants real prospects to progress into further into senior roles. Operating across the whole Production/Manufacturing & Transport operation but with key focus on Production Planning and Scheduling, Transport Planning.

  • Operate across the whole Production/Manufacturing & Transport operation with a key focus on Production Planning and Scheduling, Transport Planning.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Good administrative background, ideally with some planning or scheduling experience but willing to learn.
  • Applicants working in an administration role within manufacturing or production will have some good skills which can be built upon. Applicants should be organised and structured in their work, able to multi-task and show an ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Applicants could have an already good working knowledge of Production Planning / Production Control AND OR Transport Planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Applicants from outside these sectors will also be considered who can bring good admin experience and must show interest in the production/manufacturing sector and be looking for a challenging new role.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate high levels of drive.
