About the role:
  • £13.26 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
  • 37 hours per week
  • Holidays: 35 days pro rata
  • Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
  • Provide timely administrative and coordination support.
  • Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other IT software as required.
  • Proofread reports and other materials.
  • Input data, maintain records, and reporting systems.
  • Respond to queries about data, performance, and other records managed by the team.
  • Help monitor and manage team inbox.
  • Organize the practical arrangements for events as directed.
Criteria:
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent written and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in IT/Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process, you will be asked to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily disqualify you.
