Job description

Admin Officer (Band E), MOJ

Location: Glasgow, G2 8GT

Office based

Hourly rate: £12.36 per hour increasing to £12.53 after 12 weeks

Working Days/Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 9am - 5pm

Contract: Temporary position estimated to run for 2 months, with potential extension based on performance and business needs

Brook Street, in partnership with the Ministry of Justice, has a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Officer. This role offers valuable exposure and experience within the Public Sector.

Responsibilities:

Carry out general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system or support other functions within HMCTS. Maintain regular contact with court/tribunal users, including Judiciary and legal professionals.

Clearance Level: Basic DBS (to be applied for by Brook Street upon successful application)

Additional Clearance: Candidates with periods of 6 months or longer spent outside the UK in the last 5 years will need to provide an overseas police check, which is the candidate's responsibility.
