£20,226 - £20,554 per year (Grade 4B term time pro rata)

Required from 12th June 2025 or as soon as possible after, we are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and suitably experienced Admin Officer. The role is term time only and can be flexible in terms of hours/days worked, with a minimum of 28 hours per week up to a maximum of 32.5 hours per week.

We are a small team who enjoy our work, and a sense of humour is essential. Candidates must be flexible, welcoming, and reliable, as the role involves:

  1. Working with children, parents, and staff
  2. A wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, including finance
  3. Data protection and confidentiality issues
  4. Using management information systems, including Arbor and School Money

If you are organized, a good communicator, have a calm and friendly manner, are flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude, and have the abilities to use your skills and initiative to support the whole school community, we very much look forward to receiving your application.
