Salary: GBP15.73 - GBP17.11 per hour

Admin Officer – Public Sector
Location: Remote (with induction/meetings in Dundee, Scotland)
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2026
Hours: Full-time, 37 hrs/week
Pay: £15.73–£17.11 per hour

Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced, motivated Administrator to support the delivery of public sector training programmes. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, managing data across systems (including TURAS Learn and EMS), and providing technical support for online courses.

While the role is primarily remote, the successful candidate must attend induction and occasional team meetings in Dundee, Scotland

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full admin support for training delivery (face-to-face and online).
  • Liaise with faculty, delegates, and venues; handle enquiries professionally.
  • Manage event logistics, records, and feedback reports.
  • Provide technical support for online training (set-up, hosting, AV checks).
  • Maintain and update the Events Management System daily.
  • Support steering groups and internal programmes.
  • Manage diaries and cross-cover team admin.
  • Track expenditure and process claims.
Requirements
