A leading healthcare organization in Nottingham is seeking a Clinical Secretary to manage administration and secretarial staff while providing efficient support to medical teams. The role requires flexibility, adherence to financial policies, and contributions to local projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience in a similar environment. This trust values employee wellbeing and diversity, offering a supportive work culture.
The post holder is required to provide a lead role with responsibility for the day-to-day management of administration and secretarial staff, providing and coordinating a high-level, efficient, and comprehensive Clinical Secretary and administration service.
Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. The salary offered is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Therefore, the Trust would not be able to sponsor for such a visa in this case.
Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship via the relevant criteria here: https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa.
The role involves providing efficient and comprehensive reception, secretarial, and administrative support to medical and clinical staff within Broxtowe and Rushcliffe Community Mental Teams, based at Stapleford Care Centre (NG9 8GA) and Lings Bar Hospital (NG2 6PR).
