Job description

Working Location:Caldecott
Contract Duration: 1-year
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $3,160 per month


You will be responsible for providing both administrative and ad-hoc customer service duties over the counter for rehabilitation services.


Responsibilities:

Admin Duties

· Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with family referees

· Conduct phone calls with Respondents to confirm their hearing attendances

· Prepare letters to be sent out on a timely basis:

o Hearing outcome letters on a weekly basis

o Notification letters on a monthly basis

o Pre-notification letters on a quarterly basis

· Monitor and keep records of the courier delivery statuses of letters, and perform necessary follow-ups to ensure that all mails are accounted for and tallied

· Upload documents and case notes into the system to ensure effective documentation of cases

· Check through cases in system to extract relevant information from the cases, and prepare listings for these cases where required

· Perform data entry of relevant records into the system and in Microsoft Excel

· Carry out other general administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning and shredding of documents

Counter Duties (where required)

· Manage walk-in clients with enquiries, complaints and/or requests for assistance and dispense advice where possible

· Reply to administrative line and email for general enquiries

· Assist with the opening and sorting of incoming mails

· Schedule interviews and appointments for Members of Public to meet officers

· Assist with the counter administrative matters for hearings

· Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

· Relevant experience in casework / case management / customer service duties will be ideal.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)

· Only Singaporeans.
