Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Monday to Friday – 09.00 – 15.00

What will I be doing day-to-day?

Compiling property details for sharing
Preparing listings for Rightmove & Zoopla
Assisting customers when the sales team are out
Ensuring compliance by verifying AML documents (ID, bank statements, etc.)
Handling filing, sorting post, managing deliveries and ordering office supplies

Do I need anything else?

Fast typing skills (around 45 wpm)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
A passion for compliance
