A regional healthcare service provider in Basingstoke is seeking a Part time Admin Co-ordinator to support the School Nursing team. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks including managing communication, data entry, and providing support to team leads. Applicants should possess excellent IT skills and an NVQ in Administration. This position offers an opportunity to work autonomously while ensuring quality service delivery in a supportive healthcare environment.
An opportunity has arisen within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to appoint a Part time Admin Co-ordinator in our Basingstoke School Nursing team based at Parklands House. As the Admin Co-ordinator you will assist the School Nursing team in the development and maintenance of a quality administrative service across a defined area. You will be required to provide high level support to the Admin Lead, Admin Manager and Clinical Team Leads in all aspects of activity relating to the Business Unit function.
You will need to use initiative, work autonomously, and refer issues to other relevant parties as appropriate while ensuring confidentiality and security of information is always maintained. You will provide a good customer service experience for all staff and patients/customers.
