Job Description:

Willis Aviation Services Limited have exciting times ahead, as we grow and develop our aviation services. We are looking to recruit an experienced Admin Assistant to support all departments across our facility at Teesside Airport. This is a front of house role, being the first point of contact for all of our visitors. The ideal candidate will be confident and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities are varied with no two days being the same. You will need to be well organized and demonstrate a good level of internal and external customer service. Duties will include:

  1. Sorting internal and external mail
  2. Stationery and uniform orders
  3. Collation of information for airport passes
  4. Arranging training and travel
  5. Room bookings
  6. Liaising with suppliers

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  3. Excellent organizational skills
  4. Familiarity with office management procedures
  5. Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  6. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  7. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all administrative tasks
