Job Description:

Kollective Neighbouring Rights (KNR) is the largest, most powerful, and efficient Neighbouring Rights administrator globally. We represent some of the world’s greatest performers and rights holders. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role requiring an analytical, detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll do:
  1. Prepare new client registration documents for societies worldwide.
  2. Prepare documentation for roster maintenance at applicable societies.
  3. Maintain internal and external databases to track registrations.
  4. Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
  5. Assist with repertoire submissions and society claiming as needed.
  6. Support Society Relations team with ad hoc projects.

  1. Strong administrative experience.
  2. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
