A leading education provider is seeking a part-time, term-time Admin Assistant to support a school in Doncaster. This role involves administrative tasks to keep school operations running smoothly, while providing a supportive presence for staff, students, and families. Contract: Term Time Only (39 weeks/year)

We’re working with a welcoming school in Doncaster that’s looking for a confident, organised Admin Assistant to join their team. You’ll be the friendly face at the front and the calm behind the scenes—keeping everything ticking along while supporting staff, children, and families alike.
Providing admin support across the school’s day-to-day operations
Managing student records and data on the school MIS
Supporting the leadership team and operations manager with key priorities
Handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR
Experience in a fast-paced admin environment (schools experience a bonus!)
Solid IT skills—comfortable using Word, Excel, and school systems
An eye for detail and a knack for staying organised
A calm, professional approach to dealing with people and paperwork
A clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
