Overview

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading firm in Belfast City Centre with the recruitment of an Admin Assistant

The role will be performed Monday - Friday and based in Belfast City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Admin Assistant with relevant experience to settle within a top firm that looks after their staff and offers various incentives.

Salary

£25,000 - (Negotiable) + Great benefits & Flexibility

Responsibilities
  • General administrative support including all forms of typing / audio typing - letters, memos, emails, reports, and other documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and briefs
  • Filing statutory returns and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling telephone calls and taking messages on behalf of team members
  • Sending and receiving emails, ensuring timely communication
  • Managing appointments, diaries, and contact databases
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office duties
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of the office
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Essential: Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative support role (legal environment preferred)
  • Desirable: Exposure to or experience in a legal or litigation setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident diary management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support across the team
