About the Role

As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, you'll answer phones, handle files, and support managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around, highlighting what makes us unique. Throughout your work, you'll contribute to creating a vibrant, happy environment.

About You

If you can multi-task, have good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner, you might be well-suited for this role. Being a people person who takes a genuine interest in residents and their families is also important.
