Qualifications

  • Must have 2 GCSEs including Maths & English.
  • Ability to collate evidence papers and documents.

Responsibilities

  • Collate statements and exhibits for Preliminary Evidence papers.
  • Photocopy and prepare Committal and Counsel’s Briefs for court.

Job Description:
  • Position: Admin Assistant
  • AA Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
  • Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Location: Belfast Chambers
  • Length of Contract: 6 months

Hours of Work:

9 to 5 Monday to Friday, Flexible working

Job Duties:
  • Making up Preliminary Evidence papers – collating the statements and exhibits
  • Final photocopying of Preliminary Evidence papers and applications
  • Making up Committal Brief – collating papers for use of Prosecutor at Magistrate’s court
  • Making up Counsel’s Brief – collating papers for use of Crown Counsel at the Crown Court.

Must have 2 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)
