As a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support to the residents. This varied role involves answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around the care home.

In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.

Shifts - 9 to 5 with alternate weekends.
