Required: As Soon as Possible: Administration Assistant | Level 4, 37 hours per week, Whole Year | Actual Salary £24,404 to £25,584 Pending Pay Award.
The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work across various sites within the Trust. The ideal candidate will have a calm and flexible attitude, be highly organized, and able to effectively prioritize workloads. Experience with Microsoft Office is desirable; knowledge of Arbour and customer service skills would be beneficial. The role also requires administering First Aid; training can be provided.
Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to converse confidently in spoken English with members of the public, staff, and students.
