Are you an administrator looking for a temporary role in the North Watford, Garston area?

I am currently recruiting for my client who is looking for a temporary member of staff to join their team for approx 10 weeks.

This role is for a help desk administrator who would be the first point of contact for all Estates related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility. You will be providing essential support in the day-to-day operation and management of the company.

The inquiries can be on the phone, by email, or face to face.

You will manage service requests, coordinate reactive maintenance activities, track service levels, and support administrative functions related to Estates Management.

For this role, you will need excellent administration, planning, and organization skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

You will also need to provide ad-hoc holiday/sickness coverage of Front of House Reception Duties.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and the hourly rate is £13.80 per hour.

There is parking on site.
