A leading optical retailer in Sheffield is seeking a Hearcare Administrator to enhance customer experience through effective administration. This full-time role includes weekend work with a £10.20 - £12.41 hourly wage. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is comfortable in a face-to-face environment, learning through ongoing training and development with ample opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative or face-to-face customer service roles is a plus.

As an administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first. We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious individual ready to be the friendly and approachable point of contact for our customers and colleagues. But, as well as our patients, you’ll be cared for too, receiving constant, in-depth training and development to help you continue to grow your skills and understanding.
