What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Keeping our systems accurate with essential data input
  • Taking inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Liaising with contractors to schedule maintenance
  • Sending letters, handling post, and keeping records spot on
  • Supporting customers with empathy, and clients with confidence
  • Representing the team with the kind of integrity and conduct that makes a difference
