An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our admin team within North Locality.
We are looking for an individual who has a positive team working approach. Experience of dealing with the public, excellent IT skills, previous typing experience, interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments is essential. As the first point of contact for patients you must have the ability to deal with confidential information in a professional and sensitive manner.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
