Salary – Competitive dependant on experience

Hours – 22.5 hours per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Holiday – 20 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)


About The Admin Assistant Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant in our Norwich office. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant who would be a great addition to the collaborative and well-established team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to work well in a pressured and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Front of house for team, greeting clients
  2. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking calls
  3. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  4. Scanning documents
  5. Processing of incoming and outgoing post
  6. General administrative support to the rest of the team

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  1. At least 2 years previous experience in an administration role in a professional environment
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Strong organisation and time-management skills
  4. Works well in a team
  5. Strong IT skills
  6. Comfortable speaking to a variety of clients
  7. Competent on Microsoft Office
