Job description

On behalf of our client, NRL Recruitment is looking for an Admin Assistant for a role based in the Leatherhead area.

Duration: 9 months

Job Description:

  • Maintain coffee/food orders with catering services.
  • Organize meeting rooms and catering arrangements.
  • Manage seating and furniture requirements as team members join or leave.
  • Write, number, issue, and file project letters.
  • Organize SharePoint access for new starters and visitors.
  • Arrange taxis and transportation for visitors.
  • Liaise with IT regarding conference room issues and general IT needs for the project team.
  • Prepare the TV monitor for 11am toolbox talks and distribute notes.
  • Ensure photocopiers and other equipment are functioning and replenished by IT.
  • Arrange business travel.
  • Maintain project admin lists and registers on SharePoint, including vacation, IT equipment, catering, travel, and letter logs.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Docusign.
  • 40 hours per week, in the office five days a week.
  • Assist personnel with accommodation, schooling, transportation, and settling-in arrangements in the UK.
  • Support document management activities as needed.

You need to be a self-starter and willing to engage with the client team and internal support departments to organize tasks efficiently.
