Job description

Corplex is a growing and dynamic construction company experienced in all types of building construction, specialising in industrial and commercial markets.

Due to successful company growth, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Port Melbourne office on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week).

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Process invoices for payment in accordance with contractual terms.
  2. Liaise with suppliers & other key stakeholders in relation to invoices and purchase orders.
  3. Build and maintain supplier relationships and respond to account queries.
  4. Register and allocate invoices.
  5. Provide administrative support as required.
  6. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  7. Assisting with arranging social events and meetings.
  8. Support admin team and cover staff while on leave.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an admin role.
  2. Committed to achieving deadlines.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Genuine interest in accounts and finance with relevant experience or relevant qualifications.
