The Trees Short Breaks is seeking to appoint a flexible and organised administration assistant.
We are looking for an individual who is pro-active and organised, with the ability to prioritise their workload with minimal supervision. With a friendly and compassionate approach, you will be an enthusiastic and compassionate person, who is able to empathise with others whilst acting professionally.
About the Role

Administration assistant – 25 hours per week – working flexibly to meet the needs of the service – between Monday and Friday over 5 days.
The admin assistant is required to work as part of a team in providing all administrative, technical, and secretarial work within the locality and supporting services on-site.
This post includes general office duties, including customer service, responding to callers and telephone queries, handling emails, filing, and data collection.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
