Main Purpose:
To support Style Acre and specifically the Operations Team, Ways to Wellness Programme, and Housing Manager by handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient team and project operations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Administrative Support to Style Acre- Act as first point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide general office support including managing mail, welcoming visitors, and responding to enquiries.
- Perform word processing, filing, and copying.
- Manage the office site at Howbery Park, liaising with the site, ordering supplies, and health and safety.
- Maintain databases such as the drivers database and support fleet administration.
- Coordinate information for specific projects.
- Assist in developing administrative systems.
- Undertake other duties as directed.
Administrative Support to the Operations Team:- Manage Operations databases and filing systems.
- Collate and produce monthly care system reports.
- Provide confidential support for investigations and meetings.
- Support data collection activities.
Support for the Ways to Wellness Programme:- Process invoices and track expenditure.
- Monitor and evaluate programme activities and outcomes.
Key Tasks:- Manage details of weekly programme partners and act as a point of contact.
- Monitor and advise on risk assessments.
- Track finances related to the programme.
- Use spreadsheets to monitor engagement and identify gaps.
- Assist in establishing systems for monitoring health and wellbeing outcomes.
Other tasks include supporting projects and events, assisting with communications, and liaising with contractors, benefits agencies, and utility companies for the Housing Manager.
General:
Undertake any other duties as required.
