What is the job role?

Coundon Primary School has an exciting opportunity to appoint a part-time Admin Assistant to work alongside the school office team, supporting the effective running of the school. A good and varied knowledge of IT skills is essential along with good organisation and customer service skills. The role will be varied and busy, but very rewarding for the right person. The role is for 16 hours per week, ideally in the morning for 4 hours per day – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but this can be flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate.

  • Knows a school MIS system (preferably Bromcom)
  • Has excellent IT skills

Interviews will take place on Monday 20 October 2025.
