Overview

Looking to work within a school but not as a teacher? Here at Teaching Personnel we don’t just offer Educator positions, we work with schools to fill all the roles that they need. Are you looking for an admin role within a school?

The ideal candidate would have prior admin experience and a passion to help within education. This role at the moment is temporary with an opportunity to extend if you are looking for a more permanent option.

Responsibilities
  • General admin duties within the school
  • Using the school computer systems to input data and update student information
  • Providing support to the office, staff and pupils when required
  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responsibilities such as photocopying, dealing with deliveries and covering the school reception
Requirements

This role requires you to have the right to work within the UK as well hold or be willing to obtain a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS.

Hours and status

The hours for this role are 08.00am-15.30pm Monday to Friday. This role is full time but we are accepting applications from candidates seeking part-time work as well.

Qualifications and training

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
