Overview

Job: Admin Assistant

Hours: 9am to 5pm (5 days a week office based)

Duration: 8 months

Location: Leatherhead, KT22

Pay Rate: £16 per hour to £18 per hour dependant on experience

I am excited to be working on behalf of my client who are based in Leatherhead to find them an experienced admin assistant that can hit the ground running. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is willing and can engage with the client team and support the department where needed. A great can-do attitude is needed for this position.

This is an 8-month booking so you will need to be available for the whole 8 months.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain coffee/ food orders for Aramco with catering etc
  • Organise meeting rooms and catering
  • Organise seating and furniture requirements as people join/leave the team
  • Write project letters, number, issue and file
  • Organise SharePoint access and access for new starters and visitors
  • Organise taxis etc for visitors
  • Liaise with IT for conference room problems and general IT requirements for project team
  • Get the TV monitor ready for 11am toolbox talks and distribute the toolbox notes
  • Ensure photocopiers etc are working/replenished by IT
  • Organise business travel arrangements
  • Maintain project admin lists/ registers on SharePoint- vacation/ IT equipment/ catering/ travel/ letter logs etc
  • SharePoint/Word/Excel and Docusign
Additional Responsibilities
  • You will also be required to support company personnel in their search for accommodation, schooling, transportation and other things which they need to do for settling themselves and their families in the UK.
  • Support document management activities as needed.
