As a leading legal recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on connecting top-tier legal talent with some of the most prestigious firms. Our success is driven by our dedication to excellence, precision, and client-focused service.

This is a key role, providing comprehensive support to the Director to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will act as a vital partner, enabling the Director to focus on driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.

  2. Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
  3. Create and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  4. Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Support recruitment projects by coordinating tasks, liaising with clients and candidates, and conducting research as needed.
  6. Act as ‘front of house’ initial point of contact for suppliers.
  7. Liaise with accounts teams to ensure invoices are sent out on time and paid.
  8. Other ad hoc PA duties for the Director and CEO may include arranging travel, dinners, calendars, and delivering contracts.

The candidate

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role; we are open to background!
  2. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  3. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach.
  7. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  8. We are looking for someone with 1-3+ years’ experience, or a super enthusiastic graduate looking to start their corporate career.

What we offer

  1. A collaborative and supportive work environment, based in one of the best offices in the city.
  2. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  3. The opportunity to work closely with the Director and play a key role in business operations.
  4. Competitive benefits and regular team socials and lunches.

Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
