What You Will Contribute:

The Admin & Accounts Assistant will provide essential support to both the administrative and finance teams. This role involves handling daily administrative responsibilities as well as assisting with basic / general accounting tasks. This role will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Job Duties:

  • Set up new customers and vendors in the ERP system to ensure accurate onboarding and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update customer records in both Salesforce and the ERP system.
  • Assist in completing supplier vendor forms.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including responding to internal and external emails, answering phone calls, scanning, and filing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including international teams, to support cross-functional operations.
  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter financial data accurately and ensure the integrity of information across systems.
  • Support monthly closing procedures and assist the finance team as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader accounting team when required.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, including completing 5S tasks within the assigned team.
Education and Experience:
  • Interest in working towards AAT level 2 or above.
  • 1+ years of experience - experience in Working in an Office Environment for a minimum of 1 year desired.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience with accounts software such as LX/Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
