Job summary

Lodge Security AdHoc is seeking a reliable Security Officer to join our team in Orpington. You will protect staff, stock, and customers, prevent theft, and partner with store management to maintain security and safety across client sites.

We value a calm, professional, customer-focused approach, with a valid SIA license and UK right to work. Expect a dynamic, high-volume environment with varied client sites and competitive hourly rates.

Contract & Work Details:

• This is a full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
