Job Duties:

1. Delivering engaging and informative lessons to students as per the school's curriculum.

2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.

3. Assessing student progress and providing feedback.

4. Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to support student development.

5. Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Clear and current DBS check (ideally on the update service)

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of the UK education system

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional training or certifications in specific subject areas

- Experience working with SEN students

Working Conditions:

- Part-time/full-time hours based on school requirements

- Work may involve standing for long periods and some physical activity

- Collaboration with other teaching staff and school management
