Nurse Prescriber / Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) – ADHD & ASD Specialist

Clinic-Based | Monday to Friday | Up to £54,000 | Full-Time (37 hrs/week)

Are you a passionate Nurse Prescriber with a background in CAMHS or neurodevelopmental care? We are working with a respected and well-established ADHD/ASD service to recruit a specialist nurse to join their close-knit multidisciplinary team based in Royal Leamington Spa.

About the Service:
Led by a specialist paediatric doctor, this innovative neurodevelopmental clinic based in Royal Leamington Spa delivers outstanding, evidence-based care for children and young people. With a strong reputation for compassion and clinical excellence, the team is focused on providing meaningful, patient-centred support.

The Role:

As a Nurse Prescriber, you’ll take the lead in assessing and managing young people with ADHD and ASD. This permanent, full-time position is based entirely in-clinic and offers structured working hours, dedicated admin time, and a highly supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading diagnostic clinics for ADHD/ASD assessments
  • Prescribing and reviewing medication for ADHD/ASD care
  • Supporting families and carers with clinical advice and psychoeducation
  • Working closely with a small, collaborative MDT
  • Maintaining thorough, timely documentation with protected admin time
  • Contributing to service development and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse (RMN, RSCN or RNLD)
  • Qualified V300 Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) – Essential
  • Experience in CAMHS, ADHD/ASD, or related neurodevelopmental settings
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:
  • Up to £54,000 per year (DOE)
  • Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends
