ADHD Learning Support Assistant - Primary School Provision
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student with ADHD in a primary school setting in Lambeth, starting in September 2025. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about helping children with attention and focus challenges to succeed in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School Provision, Lambeth
Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, one-to-one support for a student with ADHD, encouraging focus and positive engagement with learning activities.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies that meet the student's individual needs.
• Assist with managing attention and energy levels throughout the school day.
• Promote the development of independence, social interaction, and self-confidence.
• Support the student during classroom activities, transitions, break times, and group tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working one-to-one with children, particularly those with ADHD.
• A calm, patient, and understanding approach to behaviour and learning support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable.
