The Retreat operates both remotely and from base in York, providing high-quality services for adults, children, and young people, including a large NHS contract.

We are expanding our service and looking for extra input for ADHD assessment and prescribing, working predominantly in York, although some hybrid working is a possibility.

Our ADHD client base is mostly adult, but we would also like to expand our CYP offer, and we would like to offer more joint autism / ADHD assessments in our two-clinician team process.

We're looking for an Associate Specialist / Consultant / GP, but this is negotiable for the right candidate for a Middle Grade / Specialty Doctor.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualifications in Psychiatry and accreditation with RC PSYCH professional body or equivalent, e.g., MRCPsych, GMC registered with a license to practice. Must hold consultant status on the Specialist Register for Adult Psychiatry.

Experience

• Experience and appropriate training in working with clients presenting with neurodevelopmental conditions, eating disorders, general psychiatry, and/or other specialisms.
