Seeking permanent team members to work either full-time or part-time, fully remote—UK based—with a starting salary from £55k to £60k.

Main duties of the job

You will:

  • Assess adults and young people for ADHD, considering differential and/or co-occurring conditions to make diagnostic decisions using your clinical judgment and experience to formulate and implement treatment plans.
  • Access regular clinical supervision, management supervision, NMP supervision, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
  • Ensure that clients' interests are fully considered within their treatment plans, with active participation from all parties in ethical, shared decision-making, utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records on the clinical platform. Write professional reports within expected timeframes, complete risk assessments, and review safeguarding needs during ongoing patient care.
  • Make recommendations for additional assessments or interventions as appropriate within reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on the development of ADHD pathways.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff to develop expertise in this area.
  • Maintain registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions on practice
  • Registered nurse or allied health professional with experience in assessing and autonomously diagnosing ADHD
  • Knowledge and experience of ADHD treatments
  • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently to manage caseloads
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, research, and developments relevant to ADHD
  • Experience working with both children, young people, and adults with ADHD is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant screening tools (e.g., DIVA, ADHDRS, Conners) is advantageous
