A leading apprenticeship provider in the UK seeks an Additional Learning Support Coach to remotely support neuro-diverse learners, mentoring them throughout their learning journey. This role involves providing tailored support, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective learning strategies are employed. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in delivering learning support. The fixed term contract offers a salary of up to £29,000 annually.

Location: Remote. Please note you will need to be based in the U.K due to GDPR.
Salary: up to £29,000 dependent on experience.
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday).
Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months.
We are looking for an energised, passionate and experienced expert to join us as a remote-based Additional Learning Support Coach. In this role you will support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis by encouraging and inspiring them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey.
You will lead on the company’s use of Cognassist and ensure that all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place to enable them to succeed. You will use your expertise to support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation, and you will provide 1:1 support for identified learners where necessary.
