Job summary

Coleg y Cymoedd is seeking two Additional Learning Support Assistants for the Nantgarw Campus on 32-hour fixed-term contracts, term time only, until July 2027. You will work closely with teaching and support colleagues to help learners overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in a supportive, inclusive environment.

All staff must contribute to safeguarding and be prepared for pre-employment checks, including DBS; EWC registration may be required for roles involving direct learner

About the Role: Our Additional Learning Support team is made up of dedicated, compassionate people who are committed to helping learners succeed. Working closely with teaching and support colleagues, we create an inclusive environment where learners can overcome academic, emotional and social barriers and achieve their full potential.
