Axcis Education is currently working with various pupil referral units in Monmouthshire to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant experienced in working with pupils with challenging behaviour. This role involves supporting students who are absent from school due to various factors, helping them keep up with their studies. The ideal candidate will have a confident, approachable manner and strong management skills, with experience supporting pupils with SEBD. Flexibility in working hours (8:30 am to 3:30 pm) is desirable. A valid DBS registered on the DBS Update Service and an updated EWC are essential.
