Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of mental health and addiction recovery services as they launch a flagship, therapy-led residential programme in North West London.

This unique and ground-breaking service supports individuals who do not require medical detox but would benefit from immersive, structured, and trauma-informed care. With programmes spanning 14, 28, or 42 days, the service provides support for both substance and behavioural addictions and is built on harm-reduction, non-12-step, person-centred principles.

We are now recruiting across three key therapy roles, offering opportunities for professionals at varying levels of experience - from newly accredited therapists to seasoned clinical leaders.

All roles are based within a highly supportive MDT environment that places ethical, trauma-informed and collaborative care at the forefront of recovery.

  • Strong group therapy facilitation skills
  • Alignment with trauma-informed, non-judgmental, person-centred approaches
  • Proactive, compassionate and team-oriented mindset

Additional for Senior/Lead Roles:

  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring therapists
  • Strong service development insight and leadership skills
  • Confidence managing complex caseloads
