Job Advert Role Description:
The successful candidate needs to be an accredited therapist (or due to be accredited within a year) (HCPC/BACP/UKCP) with experience of eating disorders. The candidate must have experience of working as a therapist with addictions, a Level 4 or higher qualification in Counselling or equivalent, experience facilitating Group therapy, and an understanding of the 12 step Minnesota model of addiction. Experience delivering relapse prevention workshops and other relevant psychoeducational topics is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience with DBT and Motivational Interviewing.

The successful candidate would work as part of a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team with low risk and privately funded eating disorder clients. Responsibilities include delivering group and individual therapy for clients on a 28 day (or longer) programme, participating in ward rounds, support groups, and outpatient therapy.
