About the role

To Project Manage the rollout of the E2E acquisition, design and build ICSS activity. To work closely with the Cornerstone and Customer teams to complete activities within the time, cost & quality expectations. The role requires delivery across a range of programmes and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of telecoms site rollout projects, including acquisition, planning, design, build, and integration to achieve Cornerstone & Customer targets through effective management of the ADC process and Suppliers.

• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams (acquisition agents, small works contractors, designers, build partners, and technical stakeholders).

• Track and report on progress, risks, dependencies, and financials across all delivery phases.

• Ensure documentation and data accuracy in relevant systems and tools

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and partner performance.

• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers related to ADC delivery.

• To maintain an accurate delivery status on a defined group of sites by ensuring that site level forecasts are up to date & in accordance with agreed forecasting standards through the tracking of 3rd party supplier deliverables.

• Manage the impact of change within the project and on the project plans in terms of scope, timescales, costs & quality

• Apply ADC expertise to support & validate the work of the 3rd party suppliers to ensure site specific issues are resolved and build and Decom programmes remain on track.

• Manage post access and post build activities including timely issue of HOPs and Final accounts to support timely Customer invoicing

Stakeholder & Relationship

Build & maintain effective working relationships with the Cornerstone and Customer teams to ensure Cornerstone policy is understood & applied consistently and improve certainty that objectives will be achieved by setting realistic expectations, delivering on commitments & effective communication

Continuous Improvement

Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets

Supplier Management

Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables

Develop vendor solutions to support new business including introducing new suppliers where required and matching existing capabilities to demand

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

To proactively surface and record all risk, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved

Compliance & Security

To support and contribute actively to health and safety, environmental, business continuity and information security arrangements that meets our obligations to our customers.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in telecoms infrastructure rollout, ideally in mobile (macro/small cell) or fixed network projects.

• Strong project management experience across acquisition, design, and build stages.

• Good understanding of site planning, RF/structural design, and build requirements.

• Experienced in managing third-party suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong planning & organisational ability in delivering business results

• Intermediate skills in Excel and reporting tools

• Experience in delivering both 'business change' and 'technical infrastructure' type projects that includes leading matrix and multi-disciplined teams including 3rd party suppliers

• Experience of delivering large volumes of complex sites against agreed targets

• Considerable experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment
